I would suggest getting yourself a copy of Humanoid.  There are three
models in the package, one child, one woman and two men: standard and
body builder ;))  You can cut and paste this for yourself.  Although
there are not model specific muscle surfaces, you can create and import a
bit map for that purpose....  Crack open some the LW mags, and check out
the retailers to find it...  good luck
